With fall just around the corner, the City of Manitowoc and Visit Manitowoc are gearing up for the annual Lakeshore Holiday Parade.
Each year floats, marching bands, trucks, and walkers go through downtown Manitowoc and show off their Christmas, Hanukkah, or winter spirit.
For the 35th iteration of the parade which will be held on November 22nd, there will once again be a sensory-sensitive zone which will be on Washington Street between South 12th and 10th Streets before the lights and music is played along 8th Street.
Once again, a Santa reception will be held at the Rahr-West Art Museum from 4:30 to 5:30 and after the parade which kicks off at 6:30 p.m.
WOMT Radio will also be at the parade with a live broadcast of the floats and activities.
If you would like to register a float for the parade, go to VisitManitowoc.com.
Space is limited to the first 80 entrants.
