An Appleton man has pleaded not guilty to charges including 1st Degree Intentional Homicide for a shooting death from early this year.
Yia Lor is also facing charges of two counts of Attempted Armed Robbery and one count each of Possession of a Firearm as a Convicted Felon and Felony Bail Jumping.
The incident occurred back in January when police reported finding the body of 56-year-old Paul A. Rhoads in the middle of the road in the 1200 block of North Briarcliff Drive.
