
There are two meetings today (September 7th) in the City of Manitowoc.
First up is the Personnel Committee, which will be in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. where they will discuss City Hall hours of operation and a request to revise seasonal pay rates before entering a closed session.
During that session they will discuss the future of the City Attorney’s position and office, and Police Contract Bargaining for 2024 through 2026.
Then at 6:30 p.m., the Crime Prevention Committee will gather in the Police Department’s meeting and training room where they will get their usual reports and updates.
Then, they will discuss a cryptocurrency scam that has hit the area and conduct committee officer elections.
