Milwaukee’s long holiday weekend was not an overly violent one.
Milwaukee Police reported a total of six shooting incidents occurring from Friday afternoon through late last night.
Among these incidents, one individual—an as-yet-unidentified man—lost his life.
Notably, Sunday passed without any reported shootings within the city, offering a respite from the prior days’ incidents.
On Saturday, only one person was reported shot, and the preceding Friday witnessed three individuals wounded in separate incidents, including two victims in a double shooting.
