UPDATE 4:15PM:
There is a gas leak at the intersection of N. 18th and Waldo Blvd in Manitowoc.
South bound traffic is now reopened in the 1000th block of N 18th St and Waldo Blvd and north bound is anticipated to be opened soon.
The police and fire departments are asking residents to avoid the area for the next hour or two while it’s being fixed.
Crews remain on scene doing repairs and they hope to clear the scene in approximately one hour.
Cause remains under investigation, no evacuations have been made at this point.
