
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers scattered 11 hits en route to a 5-0 win over the Beloit Sky Carp.
Offensively, Robert Moore and Matthew Wood each accounted for 3 hits while Eric Brown Jr. notched 2 hits from the lead-off spot.
Brown and Moore were responsible for a majority of the runs scored, as each drove home a pair.
On the mound, Joseph Hernandez went the first three and one-third innings while not allowing a single hit.
Stivin Cruz came on in relief to get the win, going four and two-thirds innings and only allowing a single hit.
The only other hit given up by a Rattler pitcher was in the 9th inning by closer Tanner Shears, who also struck out a pair of batters in the final frame.
The win was the Rattlers 5th in a row and continues a domination of the Sky Carp on their home field.
Over the first three games of this series, the Carp have only plated 2 runs while the Rattlers have brought home 17 runs.
Game four is scheduled for tonight at ABC Supply Stadium with a first pitch at 6:45 p.m.
