Not only the Target located in New Berlin, but also several other stores across the country faced bomb threats Tuesday.
According to the New Berlin Police, an individual phoned in a threat to the store situated on Moorland Road around 9:45 in the morning.
In response, store managers promptly cleared out both customers and staff, while law enforcement conducted a thorough search for any potential explosive devices.
However, the New Berlin Police did not discover any evidence of a bomb.
Subsequent investigations revealed that similar bomb threats were directed at various other Target stores, with reports of two additional threats in Ohio.
