A Green Bay man has been charged with his 4th OWI after showing up at the wrong house to find someone.
51-year-old David J. Seidl must maintain absolute sobriety and cannot drive a vehicle unless it’s to and from work.
His first court appearance is set for Monday, November 27th.
Manitowoc Police say they were called to the 1300 block of Manila St. Saturday afternoon for a welfare check after Seidl allegedly drove over their lawn and parked in the driveway.
He was later taken to a local hospital.
