The possibility of renovating American Family Field is being explored by the Milwaukee Brewers.
Principal owner Mark Attanasio has expressed his “optimism” regarding the city’s potential approval of approximately $300 million for extensive repairs and upgrades to the stadium.
As part of this proposal, the team intends to extend its lease by an additional 13 years.
However, the endorsement of Governor Tony Evers, the Assembly, and the Senate would be required for any such plan to move forward.
Attanasio’s aspiration is for the Brewers to continue being an integral part of Milwaukee’s sports landscape for the forthcoming generation.
