According to findings by The Urban Institute, this program stands as a viable and economical substitute to traditional college education.
The report highlights its capacity to initiate careers, foster networking relationships, and accrue academic recognition.
Notably, during the 2022-23 school year, over 8,000 young individuals in Wisconsin engaged in practical work experience through the program.
