One of the two people arrested for a shooting in Manitowoc’s Westfield Park has been sentenced.
18-year-old Caiden T. Peterson was previously found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and was ordered by Judge Robert Dewane to spend five years in prison followed by five years on extended supervision.
Peterson and 18-year-old Jordan-Anthony Roberson were arrested in February of 2022 after an argument ended with gunfire.
No injuries were reported.
In addition to his incarceration, Peterson was also ordered to have no contact with anyone involved in the incident and maintain full-time employment and full-time sobriety.
