Assistance is on the way for the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin in its efforts to find new homes for older dogs.
In a recent announcement, the Humane Society revealed that they have been granted four thousand dollars by the Grey Muzzle Organization to facilitate the adoption of senior dogs.
A portion of this funding will be allocated to reducing adoption fees by fifty percent for older dogs.
The remaining funds will be dedicated to providing medical care for senior dogs housed within the Humane Society’s shelter.
For additional information about the older dogs available for adoption, interested parties can visit the Humane Society’s official website.
