
The man charged in connection to a string of thefts from Manitowoc storage units last year has been sentenced.
34-year-old Paul A. Frank was found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Criminal Damage to Property as a Party to the Crime and Theft of Movable Property as a repeat offender.
Judge Mark Rohrer sentenced him to spend three and a half years in prison followed by five and a half years on extended supervision.
Frank, along with his wife Rebecca E. Frank, was arrested in October of last year after they were caught on video entering seven storage units by force and taking items.
Rebecca is due back in court in this case today (August 23rd) for a scheduling conference.
In a separate case, Paul Frank was sentenced to spend three and a half years in prison followed by three and a half years on extended supervision after pleading no contest to two counts of Burglary of a Building or Dwelling as a repeat offender.
Paul and Rebecca Frank have numerous previous convictions on drug charges on their records as well.
