In the most recent wave of car break-ins in Madison, an unexpected participant has emerged – a ten-year-old.
Madison Police reported that on Wednesday evening, the authorities apprehended a trio consisting of two 13-year-olds and a 10-year-old while they were attempting to steal cars in the northern part of the city.
The group employed force to shatter windows, yet their efforts were in vain as they couldn’t manage to start the stolen vehicles.
Following the intervention, law enforcement released the ten-year-old and one of the 13-year-olds to their respective parents’ care, while the other 13-year-old was taken into custody.
