The High School Football season officially kicks off tonight (August 17th) with several area teams on the docket.
Chilton is starting their season at home against Crivitz while Bay Port will begin their campaign to repeat as FRCC North champs as they host Middleton.
Meanwhile, Ashwaubenon is in Kaukauna, Green Bay Southwest is at Appleton North, De Pere is on the road as they face Neenah while Green Bay Preble hosts D.C. Everest.
Friday’s matchups include the home and season opener for the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships as they take on the Terrors of Appleton West while Roncalli makes the short trip to Manitowoc Lutheran.
Two Rivers will be hosting Bonduel as they look to dominate again while Kiel hosts Kewaunee and Reedsville invades Mishicot.
Denmark is hosting New London while south of Manitowoc County, Sheboygan North defends its turf against Plymouth.
Sheboygan South is at home against West Bend West, Howards Grove is at Kohler, Cedar Grove/Belgium is in Mayville, and Oostburg makes the trip north to Southern Door.
