Corey Brownlee, a 27-year-old resident of Waunakee, was named as the victim by the Utah Highway Patrol.
Brownlee succumbed to his injuries on Thursday after a crash that occurred in Iron County.
Reports indicate that he was operating a box truck when it overturned on Interstate 15 near Paragonah and subsequently collided with a semi-truck.
Brownlee’s life came to an end at the scene of the accident, while the well-being of the semi-truck driver remains uncertain.
The incident resulted in the closure of the southbound lanes of I-15, spanning from exits 95 to 82, for a duration of several hours.
