A restaurant in Fond du Lac caught fire over the weekend.
According to the Fond du Lac Fire Department, a call came in reporting a fire at Boda’s Restaurant at around 6:30 Friday evening.
Crews arrived to find light smoke in the basement, but since the door to the room where the fire originated happened to be closed, the lack of oxygen extinguished the flames.
An investigation revealed the cause of the fire to be a malfunctioning fan. Boda’s will be closed until further notice.
