The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers’ modest three-game win streak has come to an end at the hands of the Dayton Dragons.
In a bit of revenge for Wednesday’s game, the Dragon won 9-2 at Fox Cities Stadium.
A vast majority of the damage came in the 6th inning when the Dragon plated 7 runs.
Miguel Guerrero was responsible for 6 of those runs as he gave up five hits and the defense committed 6 errors without recording an out.
All of the Rattler offense came in the second inning when Terence Doston and Robert Moore each knocked home baserunners.
The Rattlers will look to bounce back tonight as they battle the Dragons in game 4 of their 6-game series.
Tyler Woessner will take the mound for the home team as they celebrate the birthday of their mascot Fang.
