Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) has recently become the latest addition to the roster of educational institutions benefiting from the Metallica Scholars Initiative.
This initiative, established by the band Metallica, has been in operation for several years.
It has now expanded to include 42 colleges, including three within Wisconsin.
This extension signifies that NWTC students are now eligible for the Metallica scholarship program.
A hundred students from NWTC will have the opportunity to secure $1,000 scholarships, applicable towards pursuing degrees or certificates in disciplines such as health sciences, human services, construction, manufacturing, and transportation.
This initiative further enhances access to educational opportunities within these fields for aspiring scholars.
