Charges have now officially been filed against the driver of one of the two vehicles involved in a fatal crash in Allouez late last week.
Kelton J. Snulligan, who had been recovering in a local hospital, is facing two counts of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, two counts of Causing Injury while Operating Under the Influence, Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, and Bail Jumping.
28-year-old Luis Rios-Alvarado and Trevor M. Hermon, who would have turned 23 years old today, died in the crash in the 2200 block of South Webster Avenue.
Rios was said to be driving south on Webster and attempted to turn left onto Allouez Avenue when his vehicle was struck by a car driven by Snulligan, who was traveling at a high rate of speed.
His bail was set at $25,000 cash, and he is due back in court on August 18th.
