Timothy R. Robley, age 60, a resident of Manitowoc, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at his residence.
Tim was born on November 28, 1962 in Manitowoc to Karen (Schneider) Robley and the late Roger Robley. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1981. On August 12, 2006, Tim married Patricia McNeil. Tim was currently employed at the Manitowoc Public School District in the Maintenance Department. He was a Master Mechanic and was able to fix anything – especially lawnmowers Tim’s hobby was building small engines. He shared that hobby by building mini bikes for his wife and daughters. Tim enjoyed spending his time snowmobiling, fishing, tending to his lawn and plowing the snow (mom’s too), and working his skills on the grill. Above all, Tim loved being surrounded by his family, friends, and dogs. He will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Patty; two daughters that he deeply loved, Kylie Robley, and her significant other, Hunter Kochorosky, and Jacy Robley; mother, Karen Robley; sister-in-law, Anne (Alan) Kubichka; two brothers-in-law, Scott (Kim) Balliew and Scott Hill; stepmother-in-law, June Balliew; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Roger Robley; sister, Linda Hill; mother-in-law, Darlene Balliew; father-in-law, Tom Balliew; and several beloved pets.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1033 South 8th Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Jacob Hoff will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. A luncheon will then be held at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center, 620 North Water Street, Manitowoc, located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The visitation will continue on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. To submit online condolences to the family, and to view a complete obituary, please visit www.harriganparksidefuneralhome.com
