There is only one meeting today (July 20th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Board of Appeals will be in the Committee Room in City Hall at 4:00 p.m. where they will hold a public hearing.
The hearing will be about an appeal submitted by Kaufman Trust, which is looking to construct a pavilion with enclosed storage at 901 17th Street.
The city code does not allow accessory buildings or structures to be constructed in an R-2 Residential zone, which is what that property is zoned as.
Kaufman Trust w will get a chance to plead its case, the Board will explain its findings, and the public will be given time to comment.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Cool City.
