Taylor D. Schabusines
Another competency exam was conducted on a woman accused of a grizzly homicide in Green Bay.
Independent forensic psychologist Diane Lytton met with Taylor Schabusiness and came to the determination that she is not competent to stand trial.
Lytton says that she does not believe that Schabusiness can assist in her own defense and does not understand the court proceedings.
Schabusiness is accused of killing and dismembering Shad Thyrion in February of last year while the two were high on meth.
The case has taken several twists and turns, including Schabusiness needing to get a new attorney after she physically attacked her previous lawyer in court.
As of right now, she is due in court on July 21st for the start of her trial as Judge Thomas Walsh says he is confident that testimony for both psychiatric evaluations can be completed prior to jury selection.
