Prosecutors in Waukesha are considering elevating the charges against a Brookfield man who allegedly assaulted another individual over his tattoos.
The incident took place on June 17th when Josh Davies was punched, causing him to fall and strike his head on the concrete.
Davies passed away yesterday.
The authorities apprehended 64-year-old Kevin Sehmer in connection with the incident and initially charged him with aggravated battery.
However, in light of Davies’ untimely demise, the charges against Sehmer may undergo an upgrade.
While investigators have determined that Sehmer took offense to Davies’ tattoos, the specific reason behind his reaction has not been disclosed at this time.
