Destination Madison, the organization responsible for promoting tourism in the region, expresses their excitement, hoping that Top Chef’s presence will entice visitors to explore the exceptional cuisine and talented chefs of southern Wisconsin.
This marks the first time that Top Chef will be filmed in the state of Wisconsin.
However, if you were hoping to meet longtime host Padma Lakshmi, you are out of luck.
Lakshmi, who hosted the show for 19 seasons recently announced that she will not be returning for season 21.
Her role is being filled by fan favorite and season 10 winner Kristen Kish.
