A 17-year-old male is facing charges following a fight at Silver Creek Park in Manitowoc.
Officers were called to the park at around 8:00 Thursday evening on a report of a gun being pulled on an individual.
Responding officers spotted the suspect vehicle on South 10th Street near Hamilton Street and attempted to conduct a high-risk traffic stop.
The vehicle pulled into a driveway in the 600 block of Marshall Street, and three people exited and began running to the backyard.
They eventually came back, and a female in the group was said to be crying and had a visible injury.
She was treated by EMS, and one of the young men in the group was being uncooperative.
He was detained and placed in a squad car while the other two explain that they were at Silver Creek Park so the female could fight another female.
They were then sprayed with pepper spray but denied any gun being shown.
While the male was at the police station, he allegedly was throwing items in the interrogation room, and spit at an officer.
He is facing charges of Resisting, Discharging Bodily Fluid at a Public Service Worker, and Disorderly Conduct.
