A bar and restaurant in Valders is looking to make a difference with its Christmas in July Fundraiser.
The owners of The Schuh Factory, located at 167 Mckinley Street in Valders, adopt several homeless families around Christmas time, and this year, they are going one step further by donating to local homeless shelters.
They are looking to raise money and needed household items such as paper towels, diapers, floor cleaners, and body wash.
They are also accepting gift cards for places like Walmart, grocery stores, and gas stations.
At this point, they are not accepting razors, bars of soap, clothing, shoes, rubbing alcohol, toothpaste/toothbrushes/mouthwash, stuffed animals, books, used toys, car seats, cribs, or luggage.
