The Green Bay Rockers scored early but were shut down the rest of the way as they fell to the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders last night 3-2 in an 11-inning matchup.
The Rockers plated both of their runs with one swing of the bat, as Kyle West homered over the right field wall in the first inning.
That was one of seven hits for the Rattlers, none of which came in the final three innings.
The Dock Spiders scores once in the 6th, knotted it up in the 8th, and secured the win in the 11th after bunting a runner to 3rd and scoring him on a fielders choice.
The Rockers will look to bounce back tonight in Wausau, as they take on the Woodchucks at Athletic Park.
Bryce Crabb will face Colton Mercer, with the first pitch scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
