Following her guilty plea to hitting and killing a man on Madison’s west side last year, a woman now faces up to 10 years in prison.
According to court records, Okima Jones, 43, entered a guilty plea this week to a lesser charge of homicide by careless operation while intoxicated.
According to Madison Police, Jones allegedly drove off after clipping the man last year while he was riding his bicycle.
In October, she will be sentenced.
