A man was arrested in Manitowoc over the weekend after he allegedly attempted to run over another individual.
Officers were dispatched to speak with the victim Saturday who said that he was driving down the road when he said a vehicle pulled over to allow him to pass.
The suspect vehicle then followed him closely, so he pulled into a parking lot on North 8th Street, and the suspect vehicle followed.
The victim showed police a video he took with his cellphone, which showed the other driver attempting to run over the man, who was standing outside of his vehicle.
The officers used the license plate of the vehicle to locate a 63-year-old man, who claimed he was on his way home from a local bar when the incident took place.
The suspect claimed that the victim jumped in front of his car as he attempted to leave.
The officers placed the man under arrest on charges of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Negligent Operation of a Vehicle, and Disorderly Conduct.
