Two local semi-pro football teams are back in action today.
The Manitowoc Count Mariners will be looking to break a pattern that has emerged through their first four games when they take on the Mid-West Warriors.
The Mariners are 2-2 and have gone loss, win, loss, win.
Kickoff is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. at the Rockton Sports Complex in Madison.
Also tonight, it will be a battle of unbeatens as the Sheboygan County SaberCats welcome The Show from Milwaukee to Lakeland University.
Both teams are 3-0, however, the SaberCats have been much more dominant offensively.
The Cats have scored 109 points compared to The Show’s 74.
Defensively, the SaberCats have allowed 24 points, while The Show has given up only 18.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
