One of the people involved in a Sheboygan County crash Wednesday had to be airlifted from the scene.
Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the scene of the crash on Highway 57 at Highway A near Adell just after 4:00 Wednesday afternoon.
The initial investigation revealed that a 22-year-old Plymouth man was traveling on Highway A and failed to stop at the intersection.
He struck a northbound vehicle being driven by an 82-year-old Belgium man, who ended up being airlifted from the scene via Flight for Life.
His wife was also in the car, and both she and the Plymouth man were also injured but were taken by ambulance to local hospitals.
The Plymouth man was cited for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed.
