A Howard man has been arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to a child multiple times over the past week.
The victim contacted the Brown County Sheriff’s Department and informed them that the incidents began last week Thursday.
She noted that she had been listening to music and when she looked up, 60-year-old Theodore Rhoades, her neighbor, had his pants down and was touching himself.
She then said it happened three times on Saturday and on one of the occasions he was only 10 to 20 feet away from her.
The fifth incident happened Sunday when the victim had a friend over.
When deputies went to his house to arrest him, Rhoades reportedly refused to let them in, but they were eventually given access to the home by his wife.
Rhoades has been charged with five counts of Exposing Genitals to a Child and one count of Disorderly Conduct.
