A Plymouth resident is dead after what police are calling a domestic situation.
The Plymouth Police Department and Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office were both dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of North Milwaukee Street on a report of two individuals injured in a shooting.
One of the two was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
A preliminary investigation determined that the two people knew each other, so the public is not believed to be in any danger.
The names of the victims have not yet been released.
