We will have to wait for an updated plea in the triple homicide that occurred in La Crosse back in 2021.
A disagreement over a DNA test for Khamthaneth Rattanasack’s co-defendant caused the judge to postpone the plea hearing that was scheduled for yesterday.
The two are charged with shooting three people in a Hamilton, Ontario rock quarry in July 2021.
According to investigators, a dispute over credit cards that were stolen led to the shooting.
Rattanasack’s plea is pending, but Nya Thao, the other accused party, will stand trial the following month.
