The governor of Wisconsin is touring the state in search of potholes.
Governor Tony Evers officially launched the 2023 Pothole Patrol Wednesday.
The goal is to draw attention to Wisconsin’s roads.
The governor is also criticizing Republican lawmakers during the tour for rejecting his budget proposal, which called for spending hundreds of millions of dollars on new roads from Wisconsin’s surplus.
The governor pledged to “fix the damn roads” when he ran for office in 2018.
