After withdrawing his guilty plea in connection with a 2017 double homicide, a man from western Wisconsin will undergo a second trial.
Wayne Price was given permission by an Eau Claire County judge Monday to alter his plea.
Six years ago, he first admitted to killing his sister and her boyfriend, but he now claims that his attorneys failed to inform him of all of his choices.
As part of the initial plea agreement, Price is currently serving a 30-year term.
He will now face further charges and be detained on a $1 million bond until prosecutors can schedule a trial.
