Milwaukee will now accept applications for the police department year-round, the city’s police chief announced Tuesday.
In the past, Milwaukee has depended on set application periods.
According to Chief Jeffrey Norman, Milwaukee just needs more, fresh cops to replace the departing personnel.
The MPD’s culture, according to the chief, needs to alter.
