
A Green Bay teen has been convicted in a 2022 shooting outside a Walgreens.
17-year-old Jeremiah Robinson was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on charges of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide, Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Possession of THC.
The incident occurred on February 18th, 2022 outside the Walgreens store on West Mason Street.
Robinson and a 31-year-old man had gotten into a fight in the parking lot which ended when Robinson pulled out a gun and shot the man.
He initially claimed self-defense, but the prosecution noted that the victim, whose name has not been released, was shot in the back.
Robinson’s case went to adult court with his sentencing scheduled for July 18th.
