A convicted sex offender has served his time and is being released in the City of Manitowoc.
38-year-old Nicholas S. Lyons was previously convicted on three counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials.
He is scheduled to be released today (May 16th) in the City of Manitowoc and will be residing in the 2600 block of South 21st Street.
The Manitowoc Police Department is releasing this information not to instill fear in the community, but rather to ensure everyone is informed.
He has served his time as imposed by the courts and is not wanted at this time.
Any harassment of Lyons will not be tolerated.
