Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels
Manitowoc Mayor Justin Nickels will be addressing the State of the City this evening.
As a part of the Common Council meeting, Nickels will talk about the past year in the Clipper City, and what is coming up this year.
Undoubtedly, one of the major topics will be the River Point District, which just saw the completion of the first major project, the River North Apartments.
A ribbon cutting was held last Friday to commemorate the completion of the project which is the first major change to the Manitowoc skyline in quite some time.
The Council meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, and will also be streamed on the City Facebook page.
