After a fatal accident on Friday in Eau Claire, we are awaiting charges to be filed.
The driver of one of the two vehicles involved in the collision was detained by police.
Although they are not naming the victim or the suspect, they do think drinking may have had a role.
Charges may be brought as soon as today.
