A 32-year-old Plymouth man has been sentenced in a 2017 arson case.
Jonathan T. Lane has been sentenced to spend 10 years in federal prison for his role in a fire that killed a woman and injured a firefighter.
The fire was set at the apartment building in Plymouth on November 9th, 2017, and it also ended up destroying the apartment building and damaging neighboring structures.
Investigators determined rather quickly that the fire was intentionally set and learned that Lane was the last person seen in the area where it originated.
Lane eventually admitted to setting the blaze. Lane has also been sentenced to pay restitution which could be upwards of $400,000.
