AV Dynamics in Manitowoc is making some changes.
The showroom, located at 1227 Washington Street, has announced that they are reducing the hours of their showroom to only Tuesdays and Thursdays, or by appointment.
The reason has been cited as a decrease in foot traffic and an increase in online purchasing.
However, this has given Owner Brandon Zinn a chance to expand his company’s on-location consultations.
In a news release, Zinn explained, “As part of our stellar customer service, we provide on-location visits to review custom projects…Rather than a customer having to bring a recreational vehicle to the shop for project review, we’ll come to you.”
