Milwaukee Police want to know why someone shot at an 11-year-old and an 18-year-old while they were riding electric scooters yesterday.
It happened near 23rd and Burleigh at about 2:15 Wednesdayday afternoon.
Investigators are not saying anything about the victims, other than their ages, and no one is saying anything about the suspects in the case.
Officers say it appears as if the shooters just opened fire on the two.
