Taylor D. Schabusines
A request for a smaller bond by a woman charged in a grizzly Green Bay homicide has been denied.
The defense team for Taylor Schabusiness asked Judge Thomas Welsh for a reduction in her bond which would also require her to wear a GPS monitoring device.
The state retorted, noting that she was already wearing one at the time of the killing of Shad Thyrion in February of last year.
The request was denied, keeping Schabusiness’ bond at $2 million.
She is due back in court on June 13th for what is known as a Miranda Goodchild hearing.
This is a hearing where it is determined if statements given to police were done so voluntarily and if they can be admissible in the upcoming trial.
