The 14-year-old suspected of ramming a stolen automobile into a school bus outside Morse Middle School earlier this month is facing juvenile charges.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney officially charged several counts of willfully endangering safety as well as hit-and-run Tuesday.
According to Milwaukee Police, the youngster hit the bus after losing a drag race with a friend.
An 11-year-old was thrown off the bus in the collision, and a 15-year-old who was hanging out of the stolen automobile was gravely hurt.
According to his family, the adolescent had a fractured skull and a brain bleed.
Three additional teenagers were detained in the collision.
