A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Oconto County man. 91-year-old Russel Albert, who is believed to have dementia was last seen in the Village of Coleman at around 6:30 p.m. Monday evening.
He was said to be driving a Silver 2010 Lincoln MKX with Wisconsin license plate 747LPK. The vehicle has a glue drip mark down the driver-side door.
Russel is a white male who stands 5’ 6” tall, weighs 204 pounds, and has blue eyes and short gray hair.
He was last seen wearing a light gray zip-up fleece jacket, a white T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
