Two governmental meetings are on the calendar for today (May 9th) in Manitowoc County.
First up is the Veteran Service Commission, which will gather at 9:30 this morning in the Vet Service Office in the Heritage Center.
They will be reviewing, in a closed session, applications for assistance they have received since April 11th.
Then at 4:00 p.m., the Highway Committee will convene in the Highway Department building.
They will discuss rumble strips on Highway 67 and County Road X before getting updates on the ongoing project, and their salt usage for the winter.
The group will also get some updates on their employees before reviewing their overtime report.
