Police in Mequon believe that an older driver accidentally hit the gas instead of the brakes and ended up inside the hospital’s entryway.
It occurred at the Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Seton Professional Building in Mequon Monday afternoon.
Another elderly man who was entering the building at the time of the accident was among the three people who suffered injuries.
The hospital said no one missed an appointment despite closing the damaged entrance and opening a new one.
